How long does it take to set up web hosting account?
During weekdays, it usually takes less than 6 hours to have your account setup. If you
signup after 12 midnight EST, your account will be setup the next day. During weekends and
holidays, accounts are usually setup within 24 hours.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
Due to inconvenience of checks and other methods of payment, we currently accept payment only
by a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

No, at this time, we do not accept checks.

What would my billing cycle be?
It will be either 5th, 15th or the 25th of each month -- whichever follows your signup
date.

Which hosting package should I signup for?
It all depends on your needs. Only you can determine which package is best for you. One may have
a lot of traffic and use up very small amount of disk space, whereas someone else may need
MySQL server, etc... If you are just starting out, and don't need any special features, get
either first or second package. If you believe you will grow quickly or need a lot of disk space,
get package 4 or higher. Of course, you can always get first package and buy add-ons or
upgrade later at no extra fee.

Do you accept international customers?
Yes, we do. However, we do not accept clients from few countries due to fraudulent
activities we have experienced in the past.

Do you host foreign domains (.nu,.au,.se etc...) ?
Yes, we do. However, we can't register or modify foreign domains. Contact the responsible
domain registrar for help.

Is there a minimum contract for your services?
No, you are free to cancel our service at any given time.

Do you prorate monthly fees? (ex: I don't want to be charged for a whole month if I sign up 5 days before the end of a month.)
Yes, we will prorate your first monthly fee based on your activation date.

What website contents are not allowed?
Anything that is illegal in United States of America and in an area where you
operate from (such as your state and or city). This includes, but isn't limited to child
pornography, warez (illegal software), illegal mp3 files. Anyone who is caught with such
material on their website,
will have their account terminated immediately and authorities will be notified as required by
law. Don't upload illegal contents on our servers is the motto here.

What's the web-based control panel you provide and what can I do with it?
Our multi-featured control panel allows you to control many aspects of your account from any
javascript-compliant browser 24/7/365.
Here is a list of its features:
- View your disk space/bandwidth usage
- Upload/Manage website files (create, delete, rename, copy, move, chmod, etc...)
- Setup/Manage POP accounts, Aliases, Forwarding, Autoresponders
- Setup/Manage virtual FTP accounts
- Password protect you directories

Is there a fee to upgrade to a higher package?
No, however, we will charge you the difference in fee between your current and the plan you're upgrading
to. This fee is not prorated, so either upgrade right after we bill you or email us and have us upgrade
your plan on the billing day to avoid this fee completely.

Are there any hidden setup fees/charges?
Absolutely none! we aren't here to mislead our clients, but to form long lasting relationship.
Any and all charges are listed on our website. See add-ons for additional pricing. You will be
notified 30 days prior to any pricing changes.

Do you have a shopping cart I can use for my website?
Currently, we do not have/support shopping carts. However, you can get one from a third
party company and install it on your account. Make sure you run its specs by us before you
get one to make sure it'll work, though.
