How do I upload files to my account?
To upload files to your account, you'll need a FTP client program.
You can try either CuteFTP or WS_FTP.
To configure FTP client you need three items :
Your domain name
Username
Password
All three will be provided to you in the email you receive once your account is setup.
If you're uploading your pages or any other web related files, you should change to "docs" folder (directory) once you are logged in.

You can also chmod files using File Manager which you can find in your control-panel. ( http://yourdomain.com/control-panel/ )

How do I provide limited FTP access to a specific directory ?
This can be accomplished using what we call a Virtual FTP Account. This allows you to create a separate username and password which would be used to access a specified directory and all its subdirectories only via FTP. To add a VFTP Account, please follow these steps:
1. Login to the control-panel (http://yourdomain/control-panel/)
2. Click on VFTP Manager on the left
3. Click on New-VFTP Account
4. Complete the desired username sufix you want to use for this VFTP account
5. From the drop-down menu select which directory you want to provide access to
6. Select and retype a password of your choice for this VFTP account
7. Click Create New VFTP Account
Now you can use FTP client of your choice to login using the newly created FTP username and password to access this limited VFTP Account.
